You'll be assailed by the most wonderful smell when entering this pasticceria (pastry shop) next to the medieval Arco delle Due Porte. Established in 1944, it's famed for its cantuccini (crunchy, almond-studded biscuits) and ricciarelli (chewy, sugar-dusted almond biscuits). A large glass window onto the street allows passersby to watch biscotti (biscuits) being made in the modern, squeaky-clean kitchen.
