Brocchi

Siena

A brass door knocker may seem a strange choice of souvenir, but the examples made by Laura Brocchi are attractive, well priced and authentically Sienese. Continuing a family tradition (Brocchi has been in business since 1815), Laura works from a historic nearby forge and is known throughout the city for the traditional pieces she makes for the city's contrade (districts).

As well as Laura's metalwork, the shop sells refurbished art nouveau and art deco light fittings.
