Squat on a bench outside or grab a pew inside this funky riverside tap room, the creation of three ale-loving Pisan students: Matteo, Davide and Francesco. Inside, order one of the small microbrewery's own brews: taste English hops in Wilson (a dark-red bitter with hints of coffee, chocolate and liquorice) or go for a light and golden May Ale.
