Its name means 'the Anchor', an acknowledgement of this building's history as a 17th-century marine workshop. The vaulted-brick interior is atmospheric, if a tad musty and outdated, but the best seating is on the summertime canal-side terrace. Order traditional cacciucco (€18), fritto misto (mixed deep-fried fish) or another fishy dish on the menu.
