There's a moody downstairs dining room for evenings, but during the day join locals for a blackboard menu of small-producer wines by the glass, plates of cheese, salumi (cured meats) or canederli (homemade dumplings), a big salad, or one of the beautifully prepared local dishes such as fillet of pork perfumed with thyme and Garda lemon.
They also do a number of lunchtime panini, cutely named after the region's beloved museums, Mart, Muse and Depero.
