Triple Michelin-starred chef Norbert Niederkofler's newest venture is this giant glass-walled restaurant audaciously cantilevered over Kronplatz's steep slopes. Opened in conjunction with the LUMEN Museum of Mountain Photography, it puts modern spins on old Alpine favourites, inviting museum-goers and skiers fresh off the slopes to stop in for snacks of cheese fondue and crispy polenta or Wienerschnitzel with Barbiano plum 'ketchup'.
