El Paèl

The Dolomites

This osteria tipica trentina (traditional, casual Trentino tavern) was originally known for its traditional Ladin specialities, but now mixes things up with a contemporary Italian slickness. For samples of several house specialities – including venison, sausage, polenta, mushrooms, spätzle and canederli (dumplings) – order the piattone gastronomico. There's also good pizza for those on a tighter budget.
