Housed in an old barn with a stunning mountain backdrop, the Crazzolara family's farm-to-table gem is a long-standing local favourite. Chef Norbert creates spectacular heritage Ladin dishes, from hearty bowls of goulash, barley soup and pasta e fagioli (pasta and bean soup), to ravioli stuffed with beets or pumpkin and smoked ricotta, and mains featuring wild boar, roe deer and other local game.
