A welcoming family-run hotel just off the central piazza in Stresa's pedestrianised centre. Rooms, which are simple, spacious and functionally furnished, are spread over three floors above a ground-floor restaurant, which serves a menu of traditional trattoria staples. Air-con is available in some rooms, but not all.
