Pasticceria KNAM

Opened by celebrated German chef Ernst Knam, this is one of the most famous pastry shops in the city. Known for its unusual flavour pairings and chocolate desserts (Knam isn’t called 'the King of Chocolate' for nothing), it also has its own version of the locally loved Christmas panettone (a yeast-risen sweet bread), renamed Knamettone.
