Giovanni Galli

Milan

This is the place fancy Milanesi go to buy nonna her favourite sweets, such as marron glacés, Boeri (chocolate-covered cherries) and chocolate pralines. It is owned by the same Galli family who opened the shop in 1911. Sweets are made almost entirely by hand and come lovingly packaged.

There's a second shop at Via Victor Hugo 2, close to the Duomo.
