Subdued and sophisticated (if slightly clinical), Andreas is home to chef Andreas Zangerl, a long-time fixture on Taormina's fine-dining scene. While the menu can be a little hit and miss, the seafood antipasti and primi are often highlights. These might include local shrimps and vegetables served tempura-style, or a sultry dish of paccheri pasta with tuna and spicy 'nduja (spreadable Calabrian salami).
