This moody, boho-chic restaurant and bar makes vegan food so good even a hardcore carnivore could convert. A cast of mostly organic and biodynamic ingredients beam in balanced, intriguing dishes that might see a tower of thinly sliced pears interlayered with a rich, soy-based cashew cream cheese, or chickpea and tofu conspiring in a smokey carbonara pasta as wicked as the Roman original.
From the contemporary art and sculptural lighting, to the upcycled furniture, everything at Moon is for sale. It also doubles as a performance space, serving up live music or theatre two to three times weekly in the summer.
