Finestra sul Sale

Western Sicily

Polished cherrywood furniture, vintage B&W snapshots of yesteryear salt workers and pretty wallpapers inspired by Sicilian pottery welcome guests at this trio of cosy rooms overlooking pink-hued salt pans. All three rooms are equipped with kettle to make tea and coffee and have a balcony with romantic views of the 16th-century mill or garden and surrounding salt pans.

Breakfast (€5) is served in the Mulino della Saline Infersa windmill opposite. Minimum two-night stay in August.
