Agli Archi

Ragusa

With an outdoor terrace facing the pretty Chiesa delle Santissime Anime del Purgatorio, Agli Archi reveals a genuine passion for local ingredients and less-ubiquitous regional recipes. Rotating with the seasons, offerings might include cavatelli (elongated, shell-like pasta) with broccoli, anchovies and breadcrumbs, or succulent pork fillet cooked with oranges and served in a carob salsa.

The trattoria's street-level cafe (7am to 10pm Friday to Wednesday) serves everything from coffee to aperitivo drinks.
