Occupying a couple of beautifully restored palazzi in the old town, Don Serafino sets a chic scene with its exposed limestone vaults, neutral hues and Michelin-starred restaurant, considered one of Sicily's finest. Most rooms come with rooftop and country views, while three are evocatively set in the grotto-like former stables. Service is refreshingly professional and obliging.
