Agriturismo Pardo

Tyrrhenian Coast

Run by an octogenarian retired vascular surgeon, this agriturismo in Ucria (on the road to Floresta) offers high-ceilinged rooms with sweeping sea and valley views in an old stone building surrounded by hazelnut orchards. The fabulous dinners feature locally sourced seasonal treats such as battered and delicately fried sage leaves, wild asparagus risotto or pasta with hazelnuts, bacon and anchovies.
