Caffetteria Rizzuto

Palermo

A flat white in Sicily? Si! This family-heirloom cafe flies the flag for Third Wave coffee, brewing beans from numerous Italian specialty roasters. Espresso-based coffees are made using a retro San Marco machine, with V60, French press and AeroPress brews also on offer. Rizzuto makes its own breakfast cornetti, with bargain lunchtime edibles including panini (from €2.50) and pasta dishes (€4 to €6).

You'll even find beers on tap.
