Three decades after opening as one of the region's first wine bars, this place is still thriving under affable chef-owner Chiara Surdo. Mellow music and lighting and a fabulous wine list complement a Slow Food–celebrated menu of dishes made fresh on the spot with local ingredients, from divine beef carpaccio to tube-shaped pacchero pasta with Nebrodi black pork ragù.
If you don't score a table, join the local bohemian set and prop yourself at the bar to enjoy a delicious plate of antipasto with a glass of wine.
