Tucked serenely away in the countryside around 10km north of Olbia, this Gallurese stazzo (farmhouse) dishes up a feast of home cooking. Monica, your charming host, brings dish after marvellous dish to the table – antipasti, fregola (granular pasta), porceddu (roast suckling pig) and ricotta sweets. From Olbia, take the SS125 towards Arzachena/Palau, turning left at the signs about 11km north of the city.
