About 20km from Nuoro, deep in a cork-oak forest, is this fabulously rustic farmstay, with exposed walls, heavy wooden furniture, hanging pots and pans, and wide-open vistas of the surrounding countryside. The farm has been in the same family for many generations, as black-and-white photos on the wall attest, and guests are made to feel immediately welcome.
To get here from Nuoro, take the SS389 exit towards Orune-Bitti and follow for about 10km until the fork for Benetutti; turn left and after a further 3km turn right and follow the signs.
