Jaddhu

Costa Smeralda

Hidden in granite mountains brushed with olive, myrtle and mastic trees, this stazzu (Gallurese stone-built country house) has a delightful garden terrace where you can settle in for a full-blown Sardinian feast, from zuppa cuata (bread and cheese soup) to swordfish with almonds and candied lime to spot-on porceddu (spit-roasted suckling pig) with rosemary potatoes.

The restaurant is part of the Jaddhu Country Resort, situated 5.5km off the SS427 south of Arzachena.
