Il Pavone

A city institution, Il Pavone offers the best of both worlds – excellent food and a prime location on Piazza Sulis. Its sea-facing pavilion is a lovely spot to sit down to seafood hits such as fresh pasta with bottarga (mullet roe), artichokes and pecorino cheese.
