Overlooking the Tiber, this traditional steel-grey kiosk is the place for a summer grattachecca (crushed ice covered in fruit and syrup), the favoured Roman way to cool down. Choose from the dozens of flavours, grab a goblet and meander down the ramp to join the summertime crowds on the riverside towpath or grab a seat along the low wall.
