This hole-in-the-wall Trastevere institution (look for the 'Vini & Olio' sign scrawled above the door) is lined by bottles of grappa and wine for sale, but it also offers wine and spirits by the glass, shots, and beer on tap. The personable owner has been serving up tipples since 1972. Grab one of six pavement seats for superb people-watching.
