Polished antiques and rich fabrics decorate this old-world guesthouse, on the 2nd floor of an old building in backstreet Trastevere. There are six rooms, each named after a Roman road – Appia, Aurelia and so on. Breakfast is around a shared wooden table beneath wood beams and faux glass chandeliers.
