In a city where most food is still resolutely (though deliciously) Italian, this branch of a chain of Brazilian-Japanese hybrid restaurants makes for a refreshing change. As well as sushi and ceviche, it serves delicious, strong caipirinha cocktails, which combine Brazilian cachaça, sugar, lime and fresh fruit; there are also 'sakehinhas' made with sake.
