This historic kosher restaurant whips up Roman Jewish fare such as amatriciana with beef instead of the classic pork, plus grilled meats and North African offerings including falafel, burik (savoury pastries) and couscous. Close by (separated in accordance with Jewish dietary laws), Ba’Ghetto Milky specialises in fish- and dairy-based dishes. Both serve the iconic carciofi alla giudia (fried whole artichokes).
