Housed in a 16th-century palazzo, Etablì is a rustic-chic lounge bar-restaurant popular for coffee, aperitivo or a late-night drink. It’s laid-back and good-looking, with Provence-inspired country decor – leather armchairs, rough wooden tables and a fireplace for the winter months. Avoid eating here, though – the quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired.
