A historic wine bar, Cavour 313 is a snug, wood-panelled retreat frequented by everyone from tourists to actors and politicians. Housed in a bottega (artisan's workshop) dating from 1904, it serves a selection of cold cuts and cheeses, as well as daily specials, but the headline act is the wine – there are over 1000 mainly Italian labels to choose from.
