The setting is bucolic: rolling hills interspersed with grapevines, grazing pastures and olive trees. The sprawling farm produces its own caprino goat’s cheese, wine, olive oil and preserves, and home-grown organic products are the protagonists in its notable restaurant. The rooms themselves are simple and classic in style.
