Omega

Top choice in Naples

Despite hiding away on the 3rd floor of a nondescript building, Paris, New York and Tokyo know all about this family-run glove factory, whose clients include Dior and Hermes. Omega's men's and women's leather gloves are meticulously handcrafted using a traditional 25-step process, and best of all, they retail for a fraction of the price charged by the luxury fashion houses.

You can expect to pay between €30 and €110 for a pair of gloves, depending on the style. The workshop is now run by the fourth and fifth generations of the family: affable Mauro Squillace and his son Alberto. Mauro offers free 45-minute tours of the workshop and glove-making process if he's not busy, and no reservations are necessary to drop by the place, whether to shop or simply take a peek.
