This tiny boutique seems like it was plucked straight from Milan and plunked onto the cobblestones of Monterosso – perhaps not surprising given designer Federica Napoletano's Milanese roots. Her artfully handcrafted Lanapo sandals have, in fact, been featured in numerous fashion mags, and are versatile enough for both urban high style and more relaxed days on the shore.
