Grom

Turin

At the vanguard of the gourmet gelato trend, Grom was founded in 2003 by two Torinese friends who eschewed syrups and embraced sustainably sourced fresh ingredients. Though Grom is now owned by an Anglo-Dutch conglomerate (Unilever) with shops around the globe, they still serve original Piedmontese flavours like gianduia (hazelnut chocolate) and lemon-scented cream.
