Focacceria Sant'Agostino

Liguria's moreish focaccia has crossed the border and Sant'Agostino's is one of the best. Whether it's plain, stuffed with straccino cheese or topped with tomato and ricotta, pizza-style, it's all organic and local flour and olive oil you're tasting. They also do the chickpea flour farinata (flat bread), too.
