Breathing new life into a former industrial district, EDIT (which stands for Eat Drink Innovate Together) is set in a capacious two-storey building that houses a bakery, pub, cocktail bar and high-end restaurant. The artfully configured space (once an electric cable factory) aims to showcase both classic comfort food and culinary pyrotechnics, with open kitchens, decent in-house microbrews and excellent regional products.

Reserve ahead for the restaurant. The number 4 trolley, which runs up Via Milano, stops a few blocks away on Corso Novara.
