In a warmly lit dining room adorned with old farm tools and glossy oil paintings, Bon Bec serves up outstanding mountain cuisine. Start off with house-smoked trout (sourced from nearby Lillaz) or classic Valdostan polenta, before moving on to grilled Angus beef or rich tartiflette (a dish from the Savoy made with potatoes, reblochon cheese, onions and lardons).
There's also chocolate fondue for dessert.
