Just off Via Appia, this is a convivial family-run trattoria specialising in delicious Castelli food: porchetta, ham and salumi, pastas spiked with guanciale (cured pig's cheek), steaks and carafes of local white wine. A word to the wise, though, antipasti helpings are pharaonic so it pays to go easy when ordering.
