Sandi Skerk's property is only 500m from the border of Slovenia; here he continues the family tradition of making natural wines avoiding the use of preservatives by allowing extended skin contact for his white wines. Sample the autochthonous Vitovska, Malvasia or Terano in the wonderful courtyard alongside homemade sausage rolls (an actual sausage rolled in pastry).
