If you're lucky, one of the owners of this fabulous Friulian startup, Andrea, will be on hand to take you through Oggi's 0km ethos. Gelato here is made entirely from Friulian milk and local eggs and while there are concessions to favourite flavours and ingredients from across Italy, there's always a local special: try the biscotto di mais (cornmeal biscuit) and chocolate.
