As the pretty name suggests (fiori means 'flower'), there's a dedication to the seasons at this discreet little restaurant and an emphasis on freshness. In summer that might be a surprise cold spaghetti with spanner crab or one of the darker, tastier fish dishes with horseradish, apple and potatoes in winter. The wine list includes a few rarities and celebration-priced French drops.
