This shop in Bologna's famed Quadrilatero neighbourhood specialises in beautifully packaged boxes of traditional Bolognese tortellini stuffed with prosciutto, mortadella (pork cold cut), fresh Parmesan and nutmeg. Decorative boxes run €10 or €18 empty, and then can be filled with as much as 1kg or 3kg of pasta (€37.90 per kg).
It also sells a tantalising range of baked goods, including superb artisanal panettone (a yeast-risen sweet bread).
