This standing-room-only wine bar is one of Bologna's most social, attracting an eccentric early-evening crowd – bohemian art professors, seasoned drunks, wayward wanderers – who spill out onto the sidewalk along lively Via Petroni.
There are a dozen or so options open each night by the glass (€3 to €5), but staff will pour a glass from any bottle lining the shelves of this historic provisions shop.
