The limoncello produced here is made with local lemons; known to experts as sfusato amalfitano, they’re enormous – about double the size of a standard lemon. The tot is made according to traditional recipes, so there are no preservatives and no colouring. All bottles carry the IGP (Indicazione Geografica Proteta; Protected Geographical Indication) quality mark.
