Procida’s prime pastry shop has a sugar-spiked range of cakes and pastries and is a good place to get acquainted with the local indulgence, lingua di bue (ox tongue), a flaky pastry shaped like a tongue and filled with crema pasticcera (custard). The place doubles as a cocktail bar and gets insanely busy on weekend afternoons.
