Run by a team of young, civic-minded Neapolitans, Casa Tolentino occupies part of a 16th-century monastery, complete with terraced gardens, swoon-inducing views and a soccer field. Rooms are simple and modern, with flat-screen TVs and sparkling blue bathrooms; nine come with bay views, the others face a verdant hillside. Future plans include an organic-produce garden and eatery.
