This gracious, old-fashioned, family-run hotel has no shortage of character. The large, luminous rooms have an air of gentility, with their appealingly haphazard decor, vintage tiles and fine antiques. Some have spa baths, others have sea views and a balcony; some have both. Rather unusually, breakfast is laid out on top of a grand piano.
