Cantina del Bonsignore

Emilia-Romagna

This classy bottleshop and enoteca tucked down a photogenic lane is the best spot in town to try local wines. Friendly owner Matteo (and an in-house sommelier or two) have 200 to 250 bottles, the majority of which are from Emilia-Romagna. Order a glass (€3 to €6.50) of anything in the inventory and enjoy it with a piping-hot basket of piadine.

Downstairs, in a 16th-century basement, there's a good restaurant, too.
