In Rotonda, this is a winner, with wonderful local meat and seasonal woodland products such as truffles, mushrooms and even nettles (in a dish of ravioli), all served in a cosy converted townhouse near the main piazza. Local craft beers and artisan spirits combine with warm and attentive service.
