This elegant cave restaurant makes atmospheric use of its rock-hewn interior as the setting for great traditional Lucanian (Basilicatan) cuisine. Local cheese, sausage, beans, lamb, greens and seafood all make an appearance in plates of sophisticated rusticity. There are plenty of local wines to choose from, too.
